We can’t say we blame all of those who have chosen to relocate to the sunny, picturesque place we call home. Whether you plan on visiting Charleston in the future, or you reside here already, Holy City Helicopter Tours is a MUST. The helicopter takes off from a small private airport just outside downtown Charleston. The helicopter used for the tours is very nice; it fits 4 people, has large windows for optimal viewing, and includes comfortable leather, padded seats. The pilots are very personable, yet professional and knowledgable as well.

During a 30 minute tour, the helicopter smoothly glides through the air reaching the perfect height for spectacular views of the Low Country; the homes on the battery, the church steeples, and the beautiful blue ocean. It flies over downtown, the surrounding islands, and right past the Ravanel bridge. It is truly a unique

Handsome Properties was fortunate enough to host some guests from across the pond this week. This past Monday and Tuesday, March 2nd and 3rd, two members of our London-based public relations office, Mayfair International, paid us a visit. 

Taking the proactive approach on real estate, we at Handsome Properties are always looking for the next buyer, rather than waiting for them to find us. Mayfair's Annette Reeves and Nick Churton act in some ways as our European eyes and ears, keeping us abreast of the market activity on the other side of the Atlantic. 

While in town, Nick and Annette were able to meet local dignitaries, Charleston-based business owners, press, and media contacts, giving them a clear understanding of the Charleston market. The video
