Herb grew up in Charleston in the 60’s and 70’s, living at 13 Church Street. Later he spent four years at Hampden-Sydney College, class of 1980. He later married the former Helen Pruitt who lived at 54 Meeting Street. They have two children living in Charleston. After several years in the HVAC industry, Herb began his real estate career in 1988. He has covered the Charleston area and numerous properties north, south, and west of the City to include residential, acreage, waterfront, and plantation properties.
Herb is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. |

My Favorite Thing about Charleston:
“Behind the many colors and gates of Charleston is a history of facts and events which played a significant role in the development of the South that has affected our country for almost three and a half centuries. From the Charleston Harbor serving as the gateway to a vital agricultural and military port, to Carolina Gold rice producing plantations, the streets and alleys of our city serve as a map to the historical treasures Charleston has to offer. It is the collective experience that makes it greatly desirable.” |
